Anita Carter
Vice President
Anita Carter serves as Vice President of Residential Marketing and Management. In this position Ms. Carter is responsible for managing and marketing the company’s residential real estate development projects including New Park and Wynlakes. Her duties also include involvement in the operations of the JWA commercial real estate division. Ms. Carter has 18 years of experience in the real estate industry and earned an undergraduate degree from Auburn University Montgomery and a Masters' Degree from Troy University. She is an Alabama Real Estate licensee and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
