Jim Wilson, III, serves as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Jim Wilson & Associates. He has the ongoing responsibility of coordinating and directing the strategic and financial decisions for the Wilson portfolio. This includes financial requirements for acquisitions, development, refinance, and the existing property portfolio. Following graduation from the University of Alabama in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Mr. Wilson spent three years working in the field of finance for one of the largest commercial banking institutions in New York City, New York.
