MONTGOMERY, AL | November 29, 2017 – Montgomery, Alabama based developer Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC (JWA) completed the new shopping venue, Eastchase Central, in October this year and has now successfully completed the sale of the 56,000 square foot project featuring the outstanding, national retailers Marshalls, HomeGoods, Kirkland’s and Five Below. Eastchase Central is the latest commercial retail development of the 330 acre, mixed-use project, EASTCHASE, that started in 2002 by JWA with the initial opening of the Shoppes at Eastchase and continues today with this new, featured retail center, Eastchase Central. The sale transaction to an institutional buyer was completed on November 17, 2017.
