The Shoppes at River Crossing Signs Four New Retailers

MONTGOMERY, AL | SEP 25, 2007 – Jim Wilson & Associates, developers of The Shoppes at River Crossing announce four new retailers to the open-air lifestyle center located at Interstate 75 and Riverside Drive. Three of the retailers, Christopher & Banks, C.J. Banks and Venetian Nails are new to Macon and the central Georgia region.

C.J. Banks will be opening its first location in Georgia at the 750,000 square foot center. Joining the announced tenants will be Journeys. Christopher & Banks Corporation is a Minneapolis, Minn. based specialty retailer of women’s apparel. The 3,246 square foot River Crossing store will offer clothing that is a unique blend of quality, styling, easy care and versatility in sizes 4-16. Christopher & Banks operates four additional stores in Georgia and 528 stores nationwide. C.J. Banks, a division of Christopher & Banks caters to the busy, fashion conscious woman by offering quality casual apparel in size 14 and up. Founded in 2000, C.J. Banks features current season’s sportswear, sweaters, and casual dresses. The company currently operates 237 stores in 31 states. The 3,300 square foot store at The Shoppes at River Crossing is the first in the state.

Venetian Nails will provide services including manicures and pedicures. The store will be 1,750 square feet.

Journeys is a destination retailer for footwear and accessories for the teen market. With more than 600 stores nationally and 24 statewide, Journeys caters to a diverse, young market. The 2,183 square foot store will feature top brand names such as Dr. Martens, Converse, Steve Madden, Timberland, Vans, Diesel, adidas, Candies, GBX and more.
