Carriage Crossing MarketPlace Retailers Announced

MONTGOMERY, AL | MAY 15, 2007–Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC has announced four stores, Old Navy, Circuit City, Ross Dress for Less and S&K Men’s Stores will open at Carriage Crossing MarketPlace located at Houston Levee Road and East Shelby Drive in Collierville. The 184, 196 square foot power center officially broke ground today across from The Avenue Carriage Crossing. The 810,000 square foot Avenue lifestyle center opened in 2005 and was developed by Jim Wilson & Associates and Cousins Properties of Atlanta.

“We are excited to break ground on the next phase of this development, Carriage Crossing MarketPlace,” said Will Wilson, president of Jim Wilson & Associates. “The addition of these four stores will enhance the retail offerings in Collierville and the area. Additional stores are slated and will be announced when they are finalized,” added Wilson.

Old Navy plans to construct a 17,172 square foot store at the Carriage Crossing MarketPlace. One of 4 brands that operate under the Gap Inc. name, Old Navy is a leading specialty retailer offering clothes, accessories and personal care products for men, women and children. Old Navy opened their first store in 1994 and now operates hundreds of stores in the United States and Canada and had net sales of $6.8 billion in 2006.

Circuit City, a Fortune 500 company and one of the nation’s leading providers of consumer electronics will construct a 30,247 square foot store at the center. Founded in Richmond, Va. In 1949 as Ward’s, Circuit City has grown to over 600 stores worldwide and employs more than 40,000 associates.

Ross Stores, Inc., a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Pleasanton, Calif. is the nation’s second largest off-price retailer with fiscal 2006 revenues of $5.6 billion. The company operates 771 Ross Dress for Less stores in 27 states and Guam. The center’s 25,000 square foot store will offer first-quality, in-season, name brand and designer apparel, accessories, footwear and home fashions for the entire family.

Founded in 1967 by Hip Siegel, S&K Men’s Stores operates more than 240 stores nationwide. The 4,000 square foot Carriage Crossing location will offer suits, sportswear, accessories, pants, shirts, and ties. Construction on Carriage Crossing MarketPlace is scheduled to be completed in March 2008.

Carriage Crossing MarketPlace is the second phase of Carriage Crossing, a 136 acre, master planned retail development located at the intersections of Houston Levee, Bill Morris Parkway and East Shelby Drive in Collierville, Tenn. The project is developed by Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC of Montgomery, Ala., one of the southeast’s leading real estate firms.
